From Lima, Peru to Madrid, Spain… the lore of Lima Shakes is seemingly just beginning. ‘One More Time’ is the debut single / music video, sparking the new career of an up and coming powerhouse.
‘One More Time’ was written in 2017 by a young Alessandro Ambrosini representing longing, nostalgia and a naive idea that revives adolescent love, in which one romanticise and dreams of the person they would like to be with. Influenced by artists like The Beatles, Elton John or Blondie, with catchy melodies, contrasts and a powerful chorus, “One More Time” is a song that will give the audience something to talk about.
Lima Shakes was formed by childhood friends Alessandro Ambrosini and Alonso Suárez when they moved from Lima (Peru) to Madrid (Spain). They later met drummer Bruno Stac, who fit in instantly, making the perfect match for the band. Influenced by legendary bands, Lima Shakes combine their rocker’s spirit with catchy melodies. The band makes their official debut with this first single and music video, which will be part of a series of releases coming up in 2025.
