In this song, The Fading uses abstract lyrics to deliver a message about the dangers of virtue signaling, blind following after media’s popular opinion and how social media is used as a tool; which many times deters us from the truth.
The fact misinformation gives birth to useful idiots who feed this sick game with ignorance and hatred is something to notice and speak about. In times where everyone has an opinion about everything they know nothing about, it is our moral duty to bring light to the surface about what we know from personal experiences and remind whoever wants to listen that even if many people repeat the same lie- it does not make it true.
